For over 15 years, I led marketing, digital transformation, and brand strategy at some of Atlantic Canada's most recognized organizations — Irving Oil, Organigram, and CAA Atlantic.
Those were environments where strategy had to be rigorous, brand decisions had consequences, and 'we'll figure it out later' wasn't an option. I learned what it takes to build a commercial strategy that actually moves a business, align a brand across a complex organization, and design digital ecosystems that work at scale.
I founded Cultivate Strategy because that level of strategic leadership shouldn't be reserved for large organizations with deep pockets.
